Morrison’s Academy is a community of pupils, parents, teaching and support staff who all play a special role in the shaping of our friendly, vibrant and caring school.

Our school roll of approximately 500 young people and 125 staff are all active members of the surrounding communities.  Our staff all know and support one another, working together as a team to put pupils and parents first.

Our team of committed teachers deliver high quality education in innovative and creative ways to ensure that all pupils experience success.

Headed by an astute Board of Governors and led by a highly experienced leadership team, our teachers work in partnership with our excellent team of support staff to provide the best possible environment for teaching and learning.

To maintain the high standards of education we provide for our pupils, teaching staff regularly engage in professional development to ensure they have up-to-date knowledge of curriculum development, teaching approaches and educational policy.  Our dedicated and enthusiastic staff also use their own interests and talents to maximise the opportunities available for pupils through our wide range of co-curricular activities, visits and trips.
